This is a digtal purchase that serves as proof that the artist (me, hi! Sydney Vercammen, also known as @itsmoo99) is okay with you tattooing one of her (my) drawings.
You get a digital download with a ticket you can show your tattoo artist that tells them you supported the artist who made the design. By buying this tattoo ticket you support a small independent creator, yay! I'm beyond honored and grateful!
Which drawings can you tattoo?
You may screenshot a drawing from my instagram (@itsmoo99) page or website (itsmoo99art.com). You are allowed to use ONE drawing, for ONE tattoo.
IMPORTANT! This is a digital purchase for a ticket only. It does not include any finished high quality or line art versions of my illustrations. You can use the screenshot to show to your tattoo artist.
BY BUYING THIS TATTOO TICKET YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS (i don't wanna yell but i need to protect my art):
• 1 tattoo ticket = permission to use 1 artwork as tattoo subject for 1 tattoo on 1 body
• The design is never exclusively yours, other people are allowed to tattoo the same drawing after purchasing a tattoo ticket.
• This tattoo ticket is exclusively for personal use. Commercial use is not allowed.
• If sharing photos of your tattoo/of my artwork, you need to credit me as the original artist
• All copyright remains mine (the artist, Sydney Vercammen)
• Small changes (to be able to technically tattoo the drawing) are allowed
• YOU CAN'T SELL THIS TICKET TO OTHERS OR SPREAD IT FOR FREE (exception: you are allowed to gift it ONCE to someone else in case you want to make it a present. The ticket still only allows 1 tattoo on 1 body).
